Domestic Shipping
All of our products are in stock and ready to ship. In the unlikely event that the product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you via email and ask you if you would like to wait for a re-stock, offer you a substitute or offer you a refund.
All orders within the continental US that are $99 or more are shipped free to you via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. All orders under $99 are shipped for a flat fee of $5.00. If you wish to expedite your shipment, please email us to discuss rates.
Insurance is highly recommended but not required nor included automatically. We can not accept responsibility for shipments lost or damaged in the mail. All orders over $500.00 are shipped with the insurance included at no additional charge.
International Shipping
DivaDiapers.com does ship internationally with the exception of bumGenius! products. Please contact us at customerservice@divadiapers.com prior to placing your order and we will give you an exact shipping total. Please note that we ship all orders out the next business day after payment clears however, there may be delays with customs that are completely out of our control. Please be patient with international shipping.
Insurance is highly recommended but not required nor included automatically.
Please contact us if you wish to insure your package. We can not accept responsibility for shipments lost or damaged in the mail. It is against our policy and against the law to mark your package as a "gift" or to mark the value lower than the purchase price. It is your responsibility to pay all duties and taxes. If your package is returned to us because of your failure to pay these fees, your order will be refunded less all shipping charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your merchandise, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date and we will gladly offer you a refund, exchange, or store credit. Merchandise must be returned in new, unsoiled, unscented, unwashed and unworn condition. The item must be free of pet hair. Packaging must be unwrinkled and intact and the item must be in saleable condition.
If you are returning a diaper that came with a free insert the insert must be returned in new, unsoiled, unscented, unwashed and unworn condition. If the insert is not returned, the cost of the insert will be deducted from your credit. If you return part of a diapering package, the portion of the package you keep will be charged full retail price
If you request a refund, please keep in mind that our original shipping costs (including items bought with free shipping) and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount and all return shipping charges will be paid by you. In lieu of a refund you may request a merchandise exchange or store credit. In this case, no restocking fee will be charged but all return shipping will be paid by you.

Defective/Damaged Merchandise
If you receive defective/damaged merchandise, please contact us as soon as possible. We will either replace the item or offer a refund. We will be responsible for all shipping charges on defective merchandise. It is important that you examine your merchandise for defects prior to washing or wearing. No returns will be made once the item has been washed or worn.
